  • How long does it take to process my order?
    In-stock orders ship within 5–7 business days of purchase. You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.


    Does my shipping method affect how quickly my order is processed?
    No. The shipping method you select only affects transit time after your order leaves our warehouse. All orders follow the same 5–7 business day processing timeline.


    Do you offer rush processing?
    We do not offer expedited or rush processing at this time.

  • When will I receive tracking information?You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please note it may take a few days for the tracking number to become active in the carrier’s tracking system.


    My tracking hasn’t updated in several days. Should I be concerned?
    Tracking updates can vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. It’s normal for tracking to pause while a package is in transit. If your tracking hasn’t updated for 5–7 business days, please contact us and we’ll help look into it.


    How long does international shipping take?
    International shipping times vary by destination and customs processing. Delivery can take several weeks, and customs delays may occur. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

  • How can I prevent seam splits on my vinyl jackets?
    Seam splits can occur during transit. To prevent this, please contact us immediately at orders@goodtalk.xyz after placing your order to request that we ship your record outside the jacket. This is the only way to ensure your vinyl jacket arrives without split seams.

  • Will I have to pay customs fees?
    Yes. International prices do not include customs charges or import duties. Customers outside the U.S. should expect to pay these fees upon delivery.

    Can you mark my package as a "gift" to avoid customs fees?
    No, we cannot misrepresent package contents or values on customs forms.

  • My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
    Email us at orders@goodtalk.xyz so we can immediately assist you.

    Please keep the shipping box and ALL packaging materials, as this evidence is required to file a shipping claim. If you discard the original packaging, we cannot file a claim and you may be responsible for re-shipment costs.

    When do I need to report issues?

    Damaged items: Within 2 weeks of delivery

    Undelivered orders: Within 3 months of shipment

    We cannot assist with issues reported beyond these timeframes.

    My package shows as delivered but I didn't receive it. What do I do?
    Please check with neighbors and household members first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at orders@goodtalk.xyz within 2 weeks. Note that insurance claims require the original packaging, and uninsured shipping methods offer no protection for lost packages.

  • Can I cancel or return my order?
    We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. We also accept exchanges. Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

    What if I receive a defective item?
    Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the defect and the original packaging so we can assist you.

  • When will my pre-order ship?
    Estimated pre-order ship dates are listed on each product page. Please note these dates are subject to change.

    What if I order pre-order items with in-stock items?
    If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we'll wait until all items are available before shipping. If you'd prefer to receive items separately, please place separate orders.
