Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. We also accept exchanges.
Items must be returned in original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless an item is defective.
All sales are final after the 14-day return window. Order cancellations are not permitted once an order is placed.
Damaged or Defective Orders
Any problems with an order must be reported within 2 weeks of delivery (or within 3 months of shipment for undelivered orders). We cannot assist with issues reported after this timeframe.
If your order arrives damaged, please keep the shipping box and all packaging materials, as they are required to file a shipping claim.
Shipping
We ship all orders via UPS Ground.
In-stock orders ship within 5–7 business days of purchase. Shipping speed selected at checkout does not change processing time. We do not offer rush processing.
If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the order will ship once all items are available. To receive items separately, please place separate orders.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
